The Portfolio
The Group and its associated interests own various property investments in the commercial and residential sector. The portfolio has a current value of around £50 million.
All our properties are managed on a behalf of the group by Park Square Property Management, which is based at Group Head office in Wetherby.
The company is involved in the day-to-day running of finished schemes with activities including rent and service charge collection, handling rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, dilapidations and agency work.
