The 83-acre business park has outline planning consent for a mix of uses including:

• 1,057,400 sq.ft. of industrial and office accommodation
incorporating both design and build, and speculative units

• A 20,000 sq.ft. hotel and 9,325 sq.ft. of restaurant space

• 11,000 sq.ft. of ancillary retail space

• 39,500 sq.ft. of car showrooms

The infrastructure which has opened up the site was a £10-million project between Caddick, Scarborough Borough Council, Yorkshire Forward and Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber.

This is the first business park of its kind in Scarborough.

Occupiers already include Gladmans, Raflatac and TEF Transport.
