Sarah graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1999 with a degree in Urban Land Economics. She began her career in private surveying practice with Oakgate Group Plc where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001 and asset managed the company’s mixed portfolio in-house.
In 2003 Sarah moved to work for Carter Jonas (Leeds) in their commercial management department before joining Caddick Developments Ltd in 2004. She is responsible for the planning and development of the Quarry Hill scheme {link} in Leeds and Scarborough Business Park {link}.
A keen gym-goer, Sarah is also learning golf to try and correct the dubious honour of being the only golfer who can hit the ball 90 degrees sideways! She enjoys the races, particularly at York, and eating out.
