Richard Ellis Development Manager

Richard joined Caddick Developments in June 2007, bringing with him a wealth of development experience both in the UK and overseas.

Within a 45-year professional career working on clients’ teams in the construction industry, Richard has spent the past 26 years in the retail and mixed-use development environment.

He has worked for a number of the UK’s leading shopping centre owners/developers in the UK, including prestigious developments such as The Ridings in Wakefield, The Arndale Centre in Manchester and The Potteries in Stoke-on-Trent.

In his spare time he enjoys a round of golf, working out at the gym and spending time with his two grandchildren.
