Over 40 years experience in the building and development industry, having started out in the Architect’s Department of George Wimpey & Company. A 32-year period with Evans of Leeds plc followed, where Peter progressed to Director level, procuring and processing many large industrial and commercial developments and refurbishments for occupiers such as Cadbury Schweppes and Rolls Royce. More latterly, he was involved in creating Business Parks, including Lawnswood Park in Leeds and large individual office developments for clients such as Barclaycard.
Peter has been Senior Development Surveyor for Caddick Developments for five years, with responsibility for creating development opportunities. He is currently involved in two significant mixed-use schemes such as Scarborough Business Park and Quarry Hill, Leeds.
Peter enjoys pastimes such as gardening and growing little trees – he thinks they are called Bonsai – as well as walking and playing the occasional round of golf. He also likes watching most sports, if only to get him out of doing the housework.
