Jim Dyson BSc (Hons) MCICS Director

Jim graduated from Sheffield Polytechnic in 1992 with a degree in Urban Land Economics and began work at Weatherall Green and Smith in Leeds. He qualified as a Member of RICS in 1993.  He worked primarily in office agency, moving to Erdman Lewis to the investment team before joining Caddick Developments in 1995.  Jim has been responsible for a wide variety of projects across the industrial distribution, retail, office, sports stadia and residential sectors.
