Ian Hessay, BSC Hons, MRICS Managing Director, Caddick Living

Ian joined the Caddick Group in April 2007 to head up the residential property division, Caddick Living.

Ian, who hails from York, started out at Shepherd Design Group before going to Thames University to study estate management. After university he spent four years at chartered surveyor Donaldsons, followed by two years as valuations surveyor at King Sturge.

He then joined Persimmon Homes in 1994 as a land manager and worked his way up to become managing director of the Yorkshire division.

Ian is responsible for bringing forward high quality developments across Yorkshire, both in urban and suburban locations and ranging from one-bed apartments to detached residences.
