Geoff Goodwill FRICS

Having qualified in 1967, Geoff became a Fellow of the RICS in 1979. His early career was in the public sector including four years with Leeds City Council, before moving into the private sector with the Burton Group. In 1976 he became Deputy Director of Estates at Edinburgh City Council before returning to the private sector. In 1980 he joined Mountleigh, where he became a main board director. Thirteen years later Geoff was appointed Chief Executive of White Rose Development Enterprises. This led to his appointment in 1997 as Development Director of Evans Property Group.
Geoff joined the Caddick Group in 2005. In his role as Planning and Development Coordinator he is a resource for the Caddick Group and its joint venture companies across a range of development projects.
With grown-up children still at home, Geoff continues to serve his time as a parent and source of funds! He is a school governor, and active pursuits such as football and hockey have been sidelined in favour of eating and drinking!
