Alexandra Hulme (BSC Hons) MRICS Retail Director

Allie graduated from Reading University in 1999 with a degree in Land Management and began her career at Cushman Wakefield in the Planning and Development Department. From there, she moved to Shopping Centre Development and then on to High Street Agency and Shopping Centre Leasing.  She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001.

In 2002 Allie joined Caddick Developments and now runs the London office. She is responsible for retail development and leasing, with projects such as the Vancouver Centre at Kings’ Lynn under her belt.
