Handling a portfolio of around £50 million, Park Square is involved in all sectors including industrial, office, retail, residential and agricultural holdings.
The company is involved in the day-to-day running of finished schemes with activities including rent and service charge collection, handling rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, dilapidations and agency work.
The current rent roll is approximately £3.5m per annum. |
