Caddick Living was established in April 2007 to take control of and develop residential opportunities already within the ownership of the Caddick Group. This principally involved inner city developments and to identify and acquire quality housing sites, ideally in market towns across Yorkshire.

The company is run by Ian Hessay who prior to joining Caddick Living spent 13 years at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire Limited, the final six years as Managing Director. Ian has extensive experience in residential development, both in terms of housing and apartments and specialises in land acquisition.

Caddick Living already has two housing sites under contract and is actively negotiating planning consents with a view to starting on site in the New Year. We are happy to either acquire sites on a subject to planning basis or enter into joint venture arrangements where opportunities arise and in addition look at mixed use schemes within the wider Caddick umbrella.

The formation of Caddick Living establishes Caddick Group as one of the few developers who can offer a full mixed use service encompassing retail, office, light industrial and residential development expertise.
